"We had our wedding in Buellton, CA on August 7, 2021. Ashley, the head chef and owner of La Dolce Catering was our number one choice as our caterer for our big day. And after our wedding, the number one thing we hear is, "the wedding was so beautiful... AND THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!" We cannot be happier with our experience with Ashley and her staff --from start to finish! Ashley is so easy to talk to, and an instant friend! She follows through with her commitment to all of your requests. She is patient, sincere, and a phenomenal cook!!! She made specialty beignets that were a huge hit! The pasta was mouth watering! The paella we had was served with fresh local seafood which included halibut that was caught by her Uncle Danny! Incredible! The charcuterie plate was beautifully presented, fresh and PERFECT. Our cake was set out and ready to go on the number. We cannot say enough about how professional, organized, thoughtful, thorough, kind and sincere Ashely and her entire staff are. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure, not only the catering, but the entire evening was perfect. We cannot thank you enough, Ashley and La Dolce Catering, for helping make our wedding celebration an absolute dream come true!"

We contacted her for our wedding and she went through everything step by step, extreme attention to detail and the food was perfection. Guests are still talking about it! Everything was organic, seasonal and farm to table. I wish Chef Ashley lived near me , I would have her cook for me daily ! She was hyper vigilant and professional the entire time. Plus, her food was OUTSTANDING. It was of the highest quality ingredients and the preparation was something out of a Michelin star restaurant.
