Finley Farms is a certified Organic family-run business located in Santa Ynez. Chris and Johanna, sell top-quality produce and have an honor farm stand open daily from 10 am to sunset. La Dolce Vita and many local restaurants are beyond thrilled to be able to offer this produce on their plates. We truly respect what this family does for our business and community. 

A local Badass farmer Carla Malloy is Elder Flat Farm, Here is her Story;
We grow seasonal vegetables, diversified fruits, flowers, and berries; we also pasture raise chickens for eggs, raise California Red sheep for wool and meat, raise seasonal pigs and beef cattle. Our farm is very diverse which is exciting and challenging at the same time. Every day is truly unique on our farm.
We grow everything organically with some additional biodynamic practices, and with regenerative agriculture at the forefront. We encourage biodiversity, embrace animal integration and rotational grazing, practice cover cropping, have onsite composting, plant bee, and pollinator habitat, and aim to be a zero-waste farm. 
Our mission is to grow healthy food for our family and community while being regenerative stewards of this land. Everything that we do prioritizes the health and well-being of ourselves, our friends, family and neighbors, the animals, the plants, the soil, and the microorganisms that live and depend on this land. We promote whole animal eating and sell and use every part of the animal possible. We want to be your farmers, we want to feed you, feed your family, and nourish our community.

La Dolce Vita loves high-quality meats and this is one of our most loved and sourced meat companies. 
We first bred Wagyu with high-quality cattle in the late 1980s and loved its deep flavor and sublime marbling. We've been mastering that prized combination ever since. It's work that takes precision, genetic mastery, and a dedication to unending refinement and innovation. 
We control our entire supply chain, from the ranches where our cattle are raised to our humane processing facility to our in-house customer care team. It would be easy to outsource, but being a pioneer doesn't mean doing work the easy way.

Our Plating is Perfection with Good Witch edible floral and micro greens. Good Witch Farm is an urban micro-farm specializing in micro greens & edible flowers. We are proud to supply fresh micro greens & edible flowers to local chefs, mixologists, foodies, and health & wellness enthusiasts along the Central Coast of California
